Clarity Gentle Acne Cleanser is powerful in reducing acne and yet gentle enough for dry and sensitive skin types. It has effective bacterial action for P-acnes and other bacteria and their acne promoting lipases and is also recommended for rosacea and acne rosacea. The turmeric adds anti-inflammatory benefits and also blocks the actions of 5 alpha-reductase, which converts testosterone to dihydrotestosterone, reducing sebum production and eliminating acne infections. The marjoram blocks interleukin-6 tumor necrosis factor-alpha and histamine which is generated by free fatty acids within the follicles. This product is step 1 in our three-step system for acne control for dry or sensitive skin.
