Spa Policy

  • Arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment so you have time to check in, fill out any necessary paperwork and most importantly, relax.
  • If you have a medical condition we need to know about, please be sure to let us know on your intake form.
  • Drink plenty of water before and after your treatment.
  • Feel free to dress comfortably and arrive without make up if possible.  Slip on shoes are excellent.
  • Facial robes are provided for most facial services.
  • Feel free to talk or be quiet during your treatment. Your therapist will follow suit.
  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance in order to avoid charges. If you run late, we will adjust and modify your service to the best of our ability.
  • Please do not bring children under the age of 16 unless they have an appointment.
  • Please contribute to the spa’s restful atmosphere by turning off your cell phone.
  • Standard tips are 15% to 20%, and cash gratuity is always most appreciated. You can leave gratuities at the reception desk. If you need to add them to your credit card payment we can assist you with that. Gift certificates, unless noted do not include gratuity.
  • Package purchases are non refundable, non exchangeable, non transferrable and may be subject to expiration.

Our cancellation policy requires that you contact us by phone to cancel or reschedule. We are unable to process those request by email or text as they are time sensitive and require the immediate attention of our client coordinator.  Remember, our cancellation policy requires 24 hour notice by phone to avoid being charged for your appointment​.
